I recently changed the sear and the trigger on my brand new Mark III ruger 22/45.

now the pins (trigger, and sear) are always loose and works themselves out after about 10 shots.

I've tried reversing the direction (the pin has a grove on one side) but no lock they are both really loose.

(of the sear pin works itself all the way out, you can't disassemble the gun, as you have to pull the trigger, and you can't cuase the pin (popping out on one side) prevents the sear from being released... a catch 22 solution. (took me 30 mins to get it fixed from inside the mag well last time.

has anyone see this before

I feel your pain. I got a 22/45 also. I can't believe what a complicated POS it is for a .22LR. I wish I could offer some help but I've had so many frustrating hours dicking around trying to take it apart and put it together again myself that I wouldn't know where to start.

It could be that the sear spring is not seated properly. Try this web site.
