Ruger 44 Carbine Bolt Lock Problem

Came into a '68 44 Carbine, but the bolt will not pull or lock all the way back. I haven't had time to clean or really inspect it, but I was wondering if anyone has any info on this, if it is common or whatnot. It is a tube fed model.

Edit: After a little work on it she cycles and locks back smooth now Seemed to be caught on a wee burr on the hammer.

It is a tube fed, I couldn't sleep so I pulled it apart. It appears to be catching on the hammer. The bolt hits the hammer and pushes it down, but cannot fully travel past it.
