my eyes are not what they used to be ,and the front sight is no longer in focus- i've got a rail for my redhawk 5,5 and want to put SOMETHING on it - pls, no leupolds- i'm not made of money- i'd like a dot or one of those holo-sight things, but i've been told they won't stand up to heavy recoil- i'm also looking at an nac star 4x, but that really takes away from the compactness of the 5,5

Have a Tasco 2x pistol scope that I mounted on my Dan Wesson 44 for a while, it stood up well and was cheap, as I recall. - dan
