Ruger 77/17, Opinions...Anybody own one?

Looking into purchasing a Ruger 77/17

I've wanted a .17HMR rifle for sometime but was not satisfied with some of the rifles on the market. I am not the type to buy and sell, if I buy new I will be keeping....so I want to make the right decision and buy good quality.

Having said that, I also do not want to overspend on a rimfire rifle.

I've narrowed my options to these three:
Ruger 77/17 Standard
CZ 452 American
Savage 93R17-GV

The Ruger is over double the price of the Savage, but I am not sure I'll be completely satisfied with the Savage. If I am going to spend good money on a CZ....I'd rather buy the Ruger.......I think...?

Opinions please, respond with any info that might help. Any 77/17 owners out there?......you don't here much about them....

I bought mine used here on the forums. I haven't shot it alot, but here it is and here is one of the first groups I shot with it at 100 yds(it is a 1 inch square). I like it.

Don't own one in 17HMR, but I do have a Stainless Laminate 77/22 WMR. It is absolutely the most accurate 22 Magnum Rimfire I have ever seen. printing ¼" groups at 50 yards with ammo it likes. I will outshoot my CZ 452 American in 22 Mag with ease. Regards, Eagleye.

I have a ruger 77/17 and a cz452 anniversary model in .22. I think they are both great. I had the triggers done on both and they are great shooters.
