Ruger 77/22 Allweather (zytel stock)

I'm trying to find out what would be a fair price for a Ruger 77/22 Allweather (boat paddle) stainless, no sights, ruger med rings, 2 x 10 shot clips. 1991 manufacture. Excellent condition. Less than 500 rounds. Very accurate. There are not many for sale to get a feel for prices.
Any thoughts.

$650... is the going price for that model... $50 more with factory iron sights.

Have one of these great little rifle. Use a 4x scope on it but has open sights. Mine, I think, is an odd ball it's blued not stainless.
