A friend dropped by last night and brought over a nearly flawless Ruger 96/17hmr lever action, his scope mounts were loose so it wouldn't shoot. The guy I'd not a gunnut and I told him he should part ways with it. However, I can't find any other or sale at the moment. So what is the current value of a nearly perfect ruger 96/17hmr?
