Has anyone bed a ruger 96/44 lever action rifle. I was wondering due to the barrel band up front if this would successfully work. Also, when out shooting, I seem to be 'scorching' the next round under the chamber in the rotary magazine with burnt powder from the previous round. Is this normal??? I would anticipate a little burnt powder, but this seems excessive. Thank you
