Picked one up at TSC on sale for $90.

Is this a decent deal or should I look at something else??

Also, the box says it is 490 fps, but online reviews say it is 1000 fps????

Different gun or what??

they made both , 490's and 1000fps.

i have 2 of them and i find for the price it's a Good deal.

The spring tension.

Diana/RWS 34 internal parts interchangeable for full power.Polish/tune and away you go.Weak points are poor scope mounting system...............BAM 25 same gun....Harold D+L Airgun in BC may have full power spring but you'll need a compressor to change it.

I just picked up one of these at Bass Pro on the weekend. 1000FPS with a 4X32 scope for $129 + the bad guys share.

This is my first air rifle since I was a kid. Looking forward to getting it out to the farm and shooting some tree rats.
