Ruger American Predator .308

Any word on when these are hitting our borders? I've found a few .223. A few 6.5 Creedmoor. But not a SINGLE .308.

If you're able to supply an ETA that would make my day. But not a deers.

Yeah I would buy one on the spot if I could find one. I've phoned almost 20 dealers across the country and nobody has a .308. The combination of cartridge, short barrel, accuracy and brand make it extremely desirable.

Bump. Still hoping for an ETA. Cabelas (who may or may not import their own?) Is saying they should have them in the next week or so. But I don't like Cabelas.

No I never found one.

For the season I bought a Savage Axis II had the barrel cut to 18" and put it in a Boyds Pro Varmint stock.

The trigger on the Savage is awesome and its immediately available everywhere.

The American compact has a 18" barrel as well, although lop is 12.5 rather than the predators 13.25.
