Sorry for what will likely be a simple question but are there any "official" Ruger handgun dealers in Canada or there are none?

The best place I've found them is Wholesale Sports. They do have the best prices on Rugers in Canada. Prices are listed on their website!

Be careful when using their website, sometimes their pictures don't match the model being advertized.
