Hi, I got a Ruger folding front sight. It doesn't have a detent holding the sight post. Taking the post off I also don't see a hole for the detent and spring. Am I missing something or their engineering had a wtf moment? Having experience with ruger product I can hardly believe they are this incompetent. Any ideas on how am I supposed to keep the front sight post from rotating?

Yes, the ar sight. Looks like a magpul MBus, quite well constructed other than the missing detent.
