Ruger gunsite scout info.

Hi, I'm looking for info on the ruger gunsite scout. Anybody shot one how is it? How accurate can they be? Are they any good for med long 500 yards maybe? Thank you all

Depends on what sighting system you use. My son put the Leupold 2.5 mid eye relief scope on his. The magnification limits its effective accuracy.

If you mounted a conventional scope in the supplied rings I'm fairly sure it is as capable of hunting accuracy as any comparable rifle.
