Ruger just won't stop.....New .22lr pistol SR22

Looks a bit like the Walther .22
Unfortunately the barrel is a bit short for most of us, but it sounds like they may have a threaded barrel available as an option.... The standard barrel is 3.5inches.

It's pretty cheap and if it's as reliable as their other .22 pistols it should be a winner for Ruger.

90%, isn't it more like 100%? Can guys with pre C-68 FACs turned PALs even get them imported? AFAIK, and someone feel free to correct me, people who can buy 12.6s can only buy 12.6 guns that are already in the country.

Go to Rugers website. The home page shows (says) it all, Ruger isnt releasing firearms based on CND rules/regulations. They are going to build for the Americans, if they have any extra that qualify, they get shipped to Canada.
I wouldnt be blaming Ruger, Id be blaming Canadian firearms regulations...IMO.

I don't blame Ruger for not pandering to a small market but they have in the past...
