Ruger M77 barrel nuts

I have a couple older Ruger M77 actions a Tang safety and a MK11.

Done a few Remage and Savage barrels and think it is a great simple system.
Now looking at these old Rugers. Has anyone done a barrel nut style conversion on one?

A shouldered switch Bbl option is more precise/repeatable....compared to a nut job.

Prefit barrels are available from a number of US manufacturers. No treason you couldn’t make one up.

I did one to utilize a barrel which was on the small side. I've done this on a few rifles where the size of the barrel didn't allow enough shoulder. If there is enough material fo a shoulder, that is best.
