Ruger M77 Hawkeye LC6 trigger

I have personal experience with two late model M-77 triggers (LC-6).
One was a .300 WSM all-weather that broke around 4.5-5.5 lbs.
My other is a Ruger compact in 7mm-08 that was closer to 6 lbs, it got swapped to a timney...just to heavy for me.
One thing I will say about the LC-6 is that although mine were heavy they were quite clean breaking with barely any creep, a definite improvement in feel over early models.

They are nothing to write home about, if you are really into triggers you'll want to get work done on it.
Ruger just slapped a fancy name on it to jump on the Accutrigger success..."LC-6", they are still a rather poor factory trigger.

Not a big deal, install wasn't to complicated. I'm pretty nervous when it comes to trigger work, but modding the safety didn't affect it's function.
Pretty big improvement however.
Spec Tech also offers aftermarket triggers for Rugers at a very reasonable price. Stainless steel, and adjustable. I had to file the saftey block on the trigger slightly to make it fit. Other than that it is a drop in replacement.
