Ruger M77tang safety varmint in 6mm

I have a chance to buy a Ruger M77 older version with the tang safety in 6mm it's the varmint/target model. The rifle is in mint condition has a cheap Bushnell scope. The price is $850 I know that's on the high side but it's a great looking rifle. Thoughts, feed back positive or negative like to hear

The rifle is a good one... and better in 6mm... the barrel is crap shoot, could be really good or very mediocre... I would try to bargain it down a bit in price... but I doubt you will be disappointed with the purchase.
