I can't speak for that one, but I do have a Butler Creek Hot Lips loader and it works like a charm on the 25 rounds mags.

Not sure if it loads 10/22 regular mags though.

I have a BC one and it is a pain in the ass if you dump a whole box into it.... better to just dump 25 at a time thru it.
