Ruger Mark II barrel attachment?

How is the Mark II .22's barrel fitted to the receiver? Threaded, sweated?

One very tight thread. Make sure you use a barrel vise and frame wrench. I have the Clark Custom Guns dvd and it shows Jim jr. coming onto it pretty good.

I thought I read it was on there with 100ft-lbs of torque.
