Does anyone know of any dealers with a Ruger mark III in stock? I have checked most of the supporting dealers but no luck yet. PM please if you have any info. Thanks.

Check out Ellwood Epps and/or P & D
(both sponsors in top screen here.)
I saw some there (websites, not stores) a few weeks ago.

Ellwood Epps has a couple of 22/45s (these are Mark III with the grip angled like a 1911.)
If they come with RP, replaceable panels/grips, they'll accept 99% of 1911 grips.
Unfortunately the two at Epps have fixed sights. I like adjustables.

I wish that those dealers had a good search function in their websites.
They do not even list their catalog alphabetically or by Caliber.

No luck tracking one down. My wallet is grateful.

As I said there are two at International Shooting Supplies in Surrey, BC as of yesterday, and they do phone orders since you're in Ontario. both are blued, different barrel lengths, one with black grips, one with white grips

If you haven't handled one...do yourself a favour and do so.
My first Ruger was a 4.5" 22/45 Slab side. Sold it because the grip felt too thin.
Also owned a 5.5" MKiii Bull bbl with a top rail. Found it too heavy to shoot a few hundred rounds per session.
Almost bought a 4.5" 22/45RP threaded bbl but decided to try a different route.
Don't get me wrong these HG's are great affordable shooters...just find one that fits.

Be prepared to beat it apart and beat it back together for the first few cleanings lol..They are a great and accurate shooter, but nasty to take down till they get broken in a little...

Yeah, but I'm specifically looking for a stainless, 5.5", bull barreled model. Thanks for the heads up though and my credit card still appreciates the cool down time.

I've already bought a stainless bull barrel 22/45 off of the EE. Good thing too, considering the election and all. Perhaps 2013 is the year I start my Com-Bloc collection.
