Ruger Mark IV red dot mount

Is anyone aware of a red dot mount for the Ruger Mark IV that is available in Canada? I am looking for one that is not a dovetail mount and also not mounted using the picatinny rail. Would prefer the mounting point to be over or in front of the ejection port and as low and low profile as possible. Everything I can find so far is only available in the US.
 
I have a Mk ii target heavy barrel that is not drilled for mounts, so what I did was bought a barrel or shotgun mag tube clamp on rail and mounted it on the Mk ii barrel up against the frame with a red dot. I had to put some blue loctite between barrel and clamp since then it has held strong(4000rds+-). I think I got it at colonel mustard.
 
Thanks. I am trying to support Canadian companies right now so I am going to try the Truglo mount that I found at Londero Sports. I have a Vortex Viper 6 MOA red dot on the way that I picked up on the EE so we'll see how that works. Next step will probably be the Volquartsen accurizing kit.
