I picked up a Ruger Standard (1972) from an estate. Firearm shows little use. Prefer Hi-Standards, so this one is up for sale. What would be fair market value? Thanks in advance for any info.

Shouldn't have any trouble getting $400 for it - perhaps more, if someone really wants an early model.

I bought 2 recently, a standard and a target, $275 and $300 respectively, standard was VG condition, target was EX. MK1 don't command much $$.

Shoot it.
The MkII magazines fit/function flawlessly in a MkI & don't malfunction like a POS 20+ spotweld Hi Std magazine.
