If you are looking for any appreciable quantity then Irunguns is the way to go.

Not too many places stock the 20 or 30 rounders. Usually irunguns has them but I also see prophet river has them in stock too.

BTW factory Ruger mags are a must, most aftermarket mags are unreliable, there will be some who say X brand works fine in their firearm; if you do a little research it will be obvious, don't settle for anything but Ruger.

YES! This. Exactly what I was going to say, and the main reason I sold my Mini-14 years ago.

OEM Ruger mags not only work great, they are extremely robust. Not many mags feel as sturdy as they do.

Ruger are excellent mags but pricy. I have had good luck with Tapco Gen 2mags in the Mini 14.

There was a glut on them because Ruger stopped making them until after Bill Ruger died. I was at a Cabelas in Oregon in December and they had dozens of 20 and 30rd OEM ones in stock. I think that means they will become more readily available everywhere.

Haha I put two 2x8 lego bricks in the bottom of each STANAG pouch. Elevates the 20rd Ruger mags to the perfect height.

FWIW I ran the bag off some Tapco mags when I was last in Alaska. They worked great but I prefer the feel of the OEM mags.

I dropped a 12 gauge shell sideways into the bottom of my single pouches.

But there's gotta be something better haha

I had an idea to get a M1 carbine mag pouch but from what I can read they won’t fit the 20s.

Yeah, .30 Carbine mags are smaller than 5.56 mags.
