Ruger Mini-14 Tactical Rifles with the folding/collapsible m4 style stock

Anyone seen this model with the ATI i believe stock? Are these available in Canada I have yet to see anyone selling them. Are they still non-restricted in Canada as well. I did a search doesn't look like anyone has asked this about this particular rifle.

I can't be sure without pictures but I believe the one you are talking about is the ATI "Strikeforce" stock. It has been advertised quite extensively lately, as Ruger is offering it with a 16" barreled Mini-14 in the states and calling it a tactical rifle. Chances are that you won't be able to get the complete rifle up here, but you can take any Mini-14 and drop them into this stock. I also know for a fact that you used to be able to get them in Canada, because I own one. Bought it a couple years ago. Don't know if they are still availlable, or if they fall under the ITAR rules. You could check with some of the sponsors that stock ATI.

I like the scout sort of look... the rail on the front is a nice addition for sure.
How do you find looking through an optic that far forward?

I was talking about the ATI stocked version. It does appear that Frontier has them- though none in stock. Thanks all.

I find it is pefectly fine, the dot is there right when you bring it up to your shoulder. Doesn't affect it at all.

I find the Tapco and ATI stocks really lacking.
