many rounds didnt go boom. i had no problem using the ammo from the same crate in my sks

Have had two Mini 30's, both were reasonably accurate, both would fail to fire at least once every mag with surplus but I didn't really buy them for shooting surplus. Had one CZ858, worked flawless and accuracy was on par with most bolt guns, had to part with a few guns to raise house building funds but another CZ will be in the locker soon, I do like them both and sounds like a spring kit is the fix for the Ruger. I wouldn't hesitate to own either rifle again. If you want a scoped rifle the Ruger seems neater.
