Is the Ruger Mini 30 7.62x39 restricted?

Which Ruger semi auto is?

Any comments on the Mini 30 7.62x39?
Accuracy/reliability etc?

Thanks

I feel they're overpriced for what they are.
An noted, the 'new' incarnations of the Mini 15 and Mini 30 are touted to be MOA...
Well, the couple of reviews in the gun press so far would seem to indicate than,
while accuracy seems improved over the previous 'Minute of broad side of a barn door', they are certainly NOT MOA out of the box as claimed.

I like the mini 30.It is an extremly reliable rifle, cheep to feed, recoil is a gentle shove.Accuracy is the biggest beef you here from folks about the mini, the newer ones are said to be better?I've takin several deer with mine, all under 100 yards all 1 shot kills.A tack driver it ain't but its a sturdy ,reliable little fun rifle.

I just traded away my latest Mini, a new-generation Mini-30. Like all the others, it was reliable, lots of fun to shoot, handy....but....MOA? Hardly.

That's the fifth or sixth Mini I've had and grown tired of, and always because of accuracy. Once again, I swear never to buy another Mini...at least until the new target version gets to Canada.:)
