Discovered today that the windage adjustment screw on my Ruger MK1 has taken a runner and made a bid for freedom at some point. :mad:

Any ideas as to where to find a replacement screw?

Maybe I'll just try to find a 6-48 TPI setscrew.
 
Problem solved. It's not OEM and it's not exactly pretty but it works. :)

1/4" 6-48 Weaver style scope base screw fits nicely. Adjustable via small hex wrench. The faintest whiff of blue loctite to help keep the screw from backing out. Once the loctite sets, I'll break it loose. The residue will sit in the threads to make them tightish to prevent the screw backing out.
