I installed recently the hiveGrip from Tandemkross on my Mark IV 22/45 Lite and the palm swells texture is ok/thin not as a stippling job done on a polymer gun but it feels good to keep hand in place.
Mine is a normal Mk4 not 22/45. I already have a set of the Hogue grips but with a thumb rest, and I think I'd like a set of the grips without the thumbrest but only as long as grips have palm swells
