ruger mod 96 ?anygood?

anyone have a 96 ,is it anygood? i'm intrested in getting one i like the idea that it has a clip not an internal mag or tube mag.the PRO'S and CON'S please.
you don't want one, they're really not all that great.
i have one, and i love it.
i'd like to find another, so if i discourage you from getting one, my chances of getting one must be a little better.
they're a pretty decent gun, just not well recieved by the masses for some reason. i think it's because they aren't a traditional lever gun.
there weren't many built, atleast relative to the 10/22, so goo luck finding one. i've seen a couple up for sale here on cgn, but they were expensive!
