I'm a BC'er as well. I was just out in Ontario and there is a store there that I go to every time I'm out. Williams Arms. Google 'em, they have a website
They had a black one behind the counter and mentioned that they could get a stainless, though they didn't have one at the time. Prices are very reasonable. $525 for the black one, so the stainless would probably run about $550 or so.
Awesome people to deal with and they won't hose you to ship it out west.
PS, I fell in love with that gun the minute I picked it up. I really want to get one for my son, but seeing as he's only six months old, I guess it can wait a bit
