For a plinker, hard to beat a Harris. Does everything you need and nothing you don't. A lot cheaper than other options proposed here as well.

I have a Harris on mine, but if needed, I can always swap over my Cadex Falcon from another rifle.

Harris 7-9 Swivel notched leg. If you're on a budget, try a Caldwell, and invest in some good shooting bags from Wiebad or similar, the bags are just as important.
