what do you guys think of a RPR in a long action/Magnum? I'm hoping ruger is working on this because I know I'd be interested. the could offer it in a few popular cartridges and the aftermarket will probably pick up for the more wild cartridges like they did for the standard RPR.

On a side note, I'm also curious if ruger will be offering lone upper receivers barreled and bare bones. what are your thoughts on this?
 
I'd be more interested in a 223 bolt face version and run AI 223 mags with 80 grainers in the RPR.

I spoke with Pacific Tool and Gage about it and they are considering making aftermarket bolts for the RPR. They want more people to call asking for them before they make the effort. They say they are swamped with making aftermarket bolts for the rem 700 at the moment.
