Ruger Ranch 5.56 w/AR Mags, Where Did They All Go?!

Ive been trying to locate a Ranch in 5.56 with AR mag adapter.
Missed out on a used one narrowly that was marked SPF but still for sale :S

Im not even seeing them in stock at dealers new now.
Im north of Edmonton, anyone know any vendors carrying them currently or have a used one they're done with?
