I usually fully dissassemble new guns for a thorough cleanup and re-oil.
Instructions give 35 in-lbs for lower receiver action screws so that’s good.
I didn’t touch rail yet to see if it was properly set up.
I’d like to find torque specs before doing so.

Anyone got them? And did anyone even bother with removing rail to insure it was installed right?

IIRC a recent install of bases and rings was around 25 inch pounds on the bases and 20 on the rings but this will vary between manufacturers.
This may vary depending on what screws (6-48 or 8-40) are being used and whether the action is steel or aluminum (10/22's are soft and I know not about your RPR).

Exactly, different guns different torques.
I am someone who like to know values.

For example a 10/22 it is indicated in insructions booklet, 12 in-lbs
My savage 308 with ATRS rail is 25 in-lbs

Will write to Ruger, I would guess they will direct me the proper way, as I will have a heavy optic on there and want maximum stability without overdoing it.

They have emailed me back with 65 in/lbs, which is quite frankly impossible.
On my .308 precision rifle, I have an ultimatum action and they spec'd me to 35 in/lbs which I have found to be a lot but did anyways.
No way the 22 can take this, they must have given me the handguard torque specs.
