Ruger scope base

Does anyone make a 1 piece scope base for the old Ruger .44 carbine? (tube fed)

Not 100% sure but I think it's the same as the 96/22.
If I can find the pouch from 96/22 mount I let you know.

I was on glue. There's only 2 base listed on Weaver's site.
