Well i just couldnt wait any longer.
put my money down last march,and have been waiting ever since.
well i walked in to my local gun store, and to make a long story short .
I ended up buying the new 586 4.15" barrel .2012 Shot show model.

I think this is about the smallest barrel you can get in Canada (105.41).
In eny case its getting down perty close, Razor edge close.
 
Very nice gun.

I have the stainless, rubber-gripped model that came out last year.

You are probably one of the first in Canada to get the blued, wood-gripped model.
 
I was not aware this product existed. There's a 586 with a Canadian barrel? Where can I buy one? Will throwing money at my computer monitor wildly count as paying for one?

The 586's I've shot all were amazing for accuracy. I'm sure this one won't be any different.
 
I really don't need to see this....I have a weakness for revolvers right now and my cabinet is jammed. Yes I know there are options:)

I hear ya bro! Didn't need to see this either. Have a soft spot for Smiths and no 12(6).

Ya ..UUUHHHH sorry for the miss leading title ,only ment to imply that i got tired of waiting for it to come in .
I happend to be in the store when this beauti came in, and was about to be put on the shelf, when i said, hey whats that .
and well I bought it on the spot .
It is absolutely gourgious.
 
cost me $849.99 .
I think its the only one They had,ill go there tommorow and see if they got more .

Okay, apperantly i got the only one in canada...
more have been ordered through my local gun shop.they will secure one for you with a small deposit .

Ok Ok, the name of the gun shop is (Perrysgreatnortherngunandbowshop).
The web site is very, VERY, very, slow, and shows no inventory, under any catagory,as it is a new website and under construction .
It does however give contact info.
I recomend Calling .
