Hi there gang,

I have this Ruger SP101 in 22LR that I'm very fond of. Small and accurate and helps grow Popeye arms.

The rear sight is quite low so I need to adjust it to almost max to shoot fine.
But at that height it bumps out of alignment easily so the accuracy of the gun goes down the drain (there's quite some gap to the sight channel).
To add to that, the adjustable blade jammed last week.

I could send it to Snapshots to fix for the cost of shipping + insurance or ...

Brownells sells a similar sight for Ruger MK II/III (962-000-094WB, 962-000-095WB) that might fit.

Any one knows whether the above rear sight would fit the SP101?

My added benefit in buying from Brownells is getting larger grips as well.

I blame my rear sight for poor accuracy. I put a shim in it to help keep it from shifting sideways. It still wiggles every which way.

Watching this thread with interest.
