Ruger special order: 10/22 complete with peep sight?

I don't know why this hasn't happened already. The Ruger 10/22 badly needs to come from the factory already equiped with a peep sight (firesight?). They can skip the old rear sight altogether.

Any chance you might be able to get a special order like this?
