Does anyone know where I can get fiber optic front sights for a ruger sr1911 and adjustable rear sights? a friend has a 45 that has barely any rounds through it and its shooting about 3 inches low. need adjustable rears to make up for that.

he much preferred a fiber front sight after he tried my sti Trojan, Ideally id rather just replace the front and rear.

as far as i know the cuts are just normal ones so any aftermarket sights should work just fine.
while i havnt swapped out mine on my SR1911 i did on 2 of my other 1911's and there was no issue.
if you dont like the idea of drifting out the sights on your own or have a sight pusher than just have a gunsmith do it for you, its a 5 minute job and is cheap to have done, plus 1911's usually need a little tweaking to get parts to fit, so the smith might have to file down a part or worst case cut your slide cuts bigger.
