Ruger SR22 canadian?

Ruger wouldn't happen to be thinking of a Canadian legal SR22 pistol would they? Would you import them?

This has been talked about several times. Several of us emailed Ruger and their response was that they did not have any plans for it but they would take it into consideration. They recently released a threaded barrel version but it still isn't long enough. One can still hope but i don't think it is going to happen any time soon.
