Ruger sr22 Pistol

Can anyone tell me if the Ruger sr22 Pistol is marketed in Canada, the only info I've seen so far indicates only one model with a 3.5" pipe ?

indeed, Ruger's website lists only one model with a 3.5" barrel.
This pistol is brand new on the market. I doubt we'll see a canadian-legal version anytime soon. Its not unlikely we will get one at some point, but I wouldn't hold my breath over it just yet.

I emailed Ruger to see if there were plans to release a model with a 106mm barrel. They have no plans at this time. They said they would pass on my comment. Perhaps if enough people ask, they may consider.

If they could get one that would be available for purchase here I would definetely get one. I was wondering myself about whether or not these would be for sale/allowed in Canada.
