Ruger SR556 Dealers in Canada

Not in Canada BUT someone here imported one from the US using Irunguns. Looks sweet.

I imported one from Daves Sports (was a CGN advertiser at the time) in around 2010. Overall I liked it--it included a lot of extras that made it more enticing to buy. Plus, offerring the SR 556 must've made ol' Bill (Ruger) turn in his grave, having his "sporting rifle" company make a black rifle.

It's muzzle/nose heavy, Shots as well as other higher end AR's with ball ammo (about 1.7"). Shot very well (well under moa) with my "mexican match" loadings.

Since then, I've been meaning to do an evaluation and post it here on CGN, but just haven't had the time to do so :(

Thanks for the replies so far gents. I am currently in the "research mode" as I look for a new AR and have looked at numerous models including your suggestions of the SIG or PWS. They all seem sto have pros and cons (what dosen't really!) Unfortunately, it makes it hard when there seems to be very little available in the country.

This is life I guess.
