Just returned from the USA, where I spent some time in gun stores, longing to be free... anyway, I was looking at racks and racks of Ruger Takedown 10/22s and quite liked the synthetic stocked version with a screw off 'flash suppressor'. Does anyone have any experience with the Ruge Takedowns? If so, please tell me about it.
Anyway, what usually happens with this sort of thing is that I come back all hot to buy something and then find out it hasn't arrived in Canada yet, then that when the item does start to come in they are bought out immediately, and eventually I give up and move on. So, does anyone know where the above rifle is in stock and available for purchase?
