Ruger Ultra Light Stalk disapeared...why?

Damn! where were you about a month ago!!! I gave (as in "free") a used Ruger canoe padle stock to Stanway and I even delivered it. I advertised it on EE for $40 I think and when I didn't get any takers I gave it away to the first taker.

I wasn't looking for a price on the stock on its own, but the WHOLE rifle!!

Oops! In that case I bought my used stainless Ruger M77 MarkII in .30-06 in a new (never fired) Hogue stock, the old canoe padle stock and a set of RCBS .30-06 dies for $500 or 525$, I can't remember.

I have my 7mm Rem Mag sitting in it right now. I am pleased with how it turned out.

Great job. Just so you guys know, it was all scratched and sun faded when I gave it to Stanway, MAJOR improvement. What did you use on it? Krylon?

Thank you for your kind comments Steve. It was a bit of work, but I like the way it turned out. Yes, I used Krylon Olive Drab and Krylon Matte Clear.
