Big no to 700's as their internal box magazines were lemons on 2 of my rifles. Had to switch them both out to DBM. Remington's owners (freedom group) are driving that company into the ground.
I moved to Savage and never looked back. But now I'm addicted to dbm so i did it on the savage as well. (But I didn't need to).
Tikkas have smooth actions, but are usually overpriced for what you get. Savage delivers high value to dollar.
