So did anyone actualy buy any of the crank action .22's that Armurus sells? Love to hear some reports about these rifles........

Oops. Lets all point and laugh at the jackass! ...figured crank action triggers were prohib?

Yessir I love my Armrus Biathlon 7-2-KO with crank action and thank you it's not a prohib ;)

As far as range report, 9mm Supp had made one and I think the admins took it out .. I cannot find it.

Anyways I'll summerise

Here are the rifles used. Mine, on the right, was equipped with a 4x russian scope which is replaced now with a 6x24-50MM AO Simmons scope.

I was shooting from 50m at 1inch circles using standard HV Remington ammo

Some fun targets shot at 50m

I recently used Eley target ammo with my new scope and the result was 1 big hole. For the life of me I cannot find that target but a fellow CGNer Montalban was my witness ;)

No offense, but the TOZ-78 comes pretty close to those groups at 50M, for a fraction of the price (Haven't found the $$$ to buy a scope for the 99 yet so stay tuned) ...

I have a 2 TOZ-78 too Rob. Not the same feeling and accuracy trust me. Plus I was shooting crappy ammo with a 4x scope. Too bad dont have that target pic with the eley ammo using my 24x scope. It was 1 big hole

Here is my Toz-78 and 99 (The other Toz-78 still unfired)

Here is a 10 rd group with Remington HV @ 50 yds using a 9x scope

Thanks for the feedback Speckfire. What's the round thing in the front of the trigger guard? Is it a Safety? I guess since you live in Montreal you've been to Armrus. So do you know what the difference between your 7-2-KO and the Sobol is? Obviously the Sobol has a more traditional hunting scope and the trigger are looks different but Armrus also lists different accuracies (7-2-K0 1 inch@50m.) (Sobol 1/2 inch@50m.)
Anyone have any thing to add about the Sobol Model 1....

Hi Can-down,

There is no difference between the Sobol and the 7-2-KO as far as the barrel, action and sights. I'm not sure about the trigger though. Initally I wanted to buy the Sobol but after holding the Biathlon which felt better, the 5 mags it came with and the lower price, it was logical I went with that one. The front round flange in the trigger assembly is indeed the safety lever that you move up or down with your index finger.
