Russian parts in a chinese sks?

Anybody now if you can put russian parts into a chinese sks? I need a new bolt assembly and bolt for my chinese, and im pretty sure the parts i can find are russian.

Everything except the bolt should interchange. The bolt will interchange but you may want to check the headspace.

The only part I have ever interchanged was a spare Chinese military gas piston. I use it as a back-up. Fits perfectly.

A late model SKS-45 has interchangable parts with the SKS-56 "never change bolts with out checking headspace"
