Russian scopes

what are the differences between the PE PU and PEM scopes?????
i got a mosin sniper repro and interested to know what type of scope it has

as a beginning ......

pu are short 3.5 power scopes ............made really for the tokarev sniper rifle wich didnt pan out ...........then used after about mid 1942 on nagant bolt guns.

pe and pem scopes are the pre and early war scopes used on both top mount (PE) both about a 4 power scope similar looks to a modern scope.
OR SIDE MOUNTS (PEM) NAGANT RIFLES.
