I just thought my fellow nuts in or around the Red Deer area would be interested to know that Sportsmans Den has quite a few ruskie SKS rifles for sale at $225, tax incl , they are in clean and minty in the crate condition , but some of the numbers have been changed , so prob factory refurbs i dont know , all ruskie lettering including some re stamping

he had over 100 rifles and now has about 30 left apparently . i may just have to get one my self. there is a ###y star on the top or a triangle with arrow in it on the top of the spring cover.
it would be awesome just to have the crate they are in .
just though you ruskie entheusiasts would like to know:dancingbanana:

IIRC that is the place on the North Hill just past Kipp Scott, I remember the first time I was there the gun room was just that, a room, walk in help yourself;)

Damn... too far. As usual, it's such a privilege to be living in Quebekistan. I haven't heard of any (of our very few) dealers getting any SKS out here. :(

Nice price though. I was gonna get one of those 'black receiver' ones from Frontier, but I think I got swindled and they sold out their last shipment before they got to my order. Oh well...

Hi guys the last russian sks was sold today to my buddy stweienb :)lol
they did have laminated ones apparently but i diddnt think to ask when i was the crate there
apparently they will have more in expected in july, apparently it was nuts yesterday and he sold lots of them , hopefuly a few went to gunnutz lol:evil:

I almost went in there once I knew where it was ( I was at Backcountry cleaning them out a few things at 30% off )

Should have tried to buy the crate (dunno where I would put it but I want one)

A coworker stopped in and got one today as I kept going on about the one I got. He said there were 2 left without stamps; I almost want to run back and grab another. aparently they are hoping they get another shipment, but it doesn't sound solid, too bad.
My problem is I'd like to find a pistol grip without having to fab one myself, and a longer "banana style "clip for asthetics. I can't find anything in Canada and otherwise it is sold out.
If anyone can help out or point me in the right direction, I'll split my lottery winnings with you.
