Russian small rifle primers

I think I bought some from Del Selin. The boxes were water damaged. Someone said they came out of the flood area near New Orleans. He had stacks of water damaged stuff on his table at the Kamloops show last year. I don't believe the Russian primers are actually approved for Canada. They are now sold under the Wolf brand, previously under the PMC brand. I bought several boxes of each size, I really like them.
