Rust

Might be a silly question - but it's my first gun, I don't really know better.

On the reciever, there is a VERY light bit of rust on the side opposite the ejection port.

How can I prevent this?

In other words just give the gun a quick rub down with an oily rage before you put it away each time you handle it, particularly during humid warm summer weather. The gun doesn't need to be wet with oil, just enough to rub out your finger prints.
